Procrastination.

Pondering

Is it just me, or do other writers out there have a hard time coming up with a plot that won’t make the reader yawn?

When I first get the idea for a book, I usually have a scene come to me. I can see the emotional conflict right away, but not always motivation behind the goal. I also have trouble giving the H & h enough of an external conflict. Darn it, I want them to get together and be happy. Why do I have to torture them first?

New beginning

Since I’m revising several WIP’s, I started a new meter system on the sidebar to replace the Weekly Productivity Reports. The reports were kinda blah and these are pretty. 🙂 Wish I could figure out how to put them in a separate box, but oh well – one thing at a time. At least I managed to get the meters in there. LOL

RTP’s (Return To Paradise) pg count may increase fast because I’ll recycle some of the old scenes (I had 4 chapters before), changing them to fit the new GMC’s. Then again, I may wait for feedback from the Maggie judges before attempting to revise.

CitA (Caught in the Act) is just sitting there until I figure out the entire plot and I haven’t had time lately. Before the remodeling week, I was working on polishing BLF (Black Lace Fantasy), my Blaze entry. Along with that I have to have an enticing Synopsis. Still working on that.

I kinda feel like I’m going backwards, but I WILL get there – to The End on them all – you’ll see.
