New FB Author-Fan Pg Needs Likes

Frankly, I’m not sure how smart it is to have a FB page anymore, what with FB’s shenanigans of late. They’re cutting back on how many friends are seeing out posts while trying to encourage us to advertise, or pay to be seen. It’s frustrating, but as authors, we should have our products featured in as many places as we can to reach the readers.

Since this is Sunday, I’m going to post a little Sunday Summary here of the last week or so.

I’m still writing on His Small Town Princess – no big news there, but other things have impeded my forward momentum. I need promo items (biz cards, flyers, bookmarks) for three cons this year, so I’ve been working on getting some of those designed and ordered.

Print Proof 1Also, I got the proof of A Suitable Wife in print! It was thrilling to hold my very own book in hand, but the inside wasn’t such a thrill. The type was much too large so I’m revamping and will order another proof. With luck, I’ll iron out the bugs with this one and will be able to get Her Unexpected Family out in print much faster.

Party, par-tay! Today on Facebook, (1 pm EST) some friends of mine are having a party at The Romance Caper and I’m taking part in helping Mad In Wonderland Reviews celebrate their 1000’th FB “like” at 8:05 pm. Wonder how long it’ll take me to get 1000 likes?

??? Uh-huh. Let’s change the subject.
