A plea to Mother Nature

I’m seeing a few trees lose their leaves in my neck of the woods and it’s sad to think Autumn is just around the corner and we’ll have to close the pool soon. Autumn/Fall is one of my favorite seasons, usually, but I hope its imminent appearance is delayed.

I’ve really gotten used to working out nearly every day in the pool. With a rotator cuff injury that’s caused me quite a lot of pain, the water workout helps. Please, please, Mother Nature, can’t you drag your feet on Autumn’s arrival this year?

  1. Hard to think about autumn when we have nothing but 100-111 degree days and sun in the 10-day forecast. I love your tree!
