>What’s the deal with this time of year and chores? It seems like every time I check off one thing, I think of two to add. And what was I thinking, broaching the subject of having a little get-together for the neighbors in a couple weeks? Obviously, I was delusional or a glutton for punishment, but the damage is done as Hubby doesn’t let grass under his feet. Oh, no. He started inviting within hours. Now I have to make up a formal invite and e-mail it…another thing for my list. (sigh) Then there’s the menu to plan and…Oh, never mind. It makes my head hurt just to think about it. At least it should be fun when it actually happens. 🙂
I’m also one of THOSE people who still send out snail mail holiday cards. Yep, even at $0.44 a pop. I’ve got the annual letter done, and the card list ready for Hubby to look at and add/subtract, then it’s a go and I can cross another thing off my list. Oh, wait. Gotta add, Go to PO and buy stamps. Damn. See what I mean? Check one, add one.
