>Kathryn should have my signed contracts on Phantoms & Fantasies by now. *sigh* I can’t wait to get started on finding cover art and find out what my deadlines are and whether I have a ton of edits. Maybe it’ll be fairly simple – like with Insight. Lord knows it’ll be a faster turnaround with the deadline so close.
Better go work on my new WIP. No. I’m still not talking about it–specifically. But good progress is being made. 😀

I work better when I have definite goals to meet. Deadlines. Quotas. Whatever. So I did a few calculations and decided I need to write 20 pages a week through September in order to be ready to pitch two Desires to editors at the Moonlight & Magnolias conference the last weekend in Sept. Met my goal last week. Slow start this week. Still have days to go, though.
Washer broke down. Repair man can’t fix it. It’s DEAD! Thanks to my extended warranty, or service contract I supposedly get it replaced. We’ll see. Is anything ever that simple? Meanwhile, to the laundrymat I go. Ugh! Thought those days were over. Anybody got any quarters?
