Orthodontic appt yesterday included two bracket replacements and the addition of a “power chain”. Result? Mouth is sore and chewing isn’t a good idea.
Today I had physical therapy on my shoulder (rotator cuff injury of some sort). Result? Felt pretty good right after the electric shock thingie, but now it’s hurting again.
I wonder if my orthodontist includes alcohol in the soft/liquid food category?
I’m seeing a few trees lose their leaves in my neck of the woods and it’s sad to think Autumn is just around the corner and we’ll have to close the pool soon. Autumn/Fall is one of my favorite seasons, usually, but I hope its imminent appearance is delayed.
I’ve really gotten used to working out nearly every day in the pool. With a rotator cuff injury that’s caused me quite a lot of pain, the water workout helps. Please, please, Mother Nature, can’t you drag your feet on Autumn’s arrival this year?
