Okay, not so stellar. But I was working feverishly, trying to get the pages I did have polished. My Maggie entry goes out today – along with that Suckopsis, uh, Synopsis thingie that is apparently necessary and only took a small piece of my hide this time. Of course, only time will tell if the Synopsis and the book have any resemblance to each other by the time I’m finished writing it.

Mason’s the man

Woo-hoo! Mason managed to hold off the doubt demon long enough for me to write 6 pgs. Now I’m trying to tackle the dreaded Synopsis.

It’s not so much that I find them hard to write. For the parts of the book where I know what happens, I can write a synopsis. It’s kinda like telling the story to someone. My trouble is in the parts I haven’t plotted out. Even when I’ve tried to do a synopsis in the past, or an outline and follow it, the story deviates so much from the outline it’s pitiful because I truly don’t know what twists and turns the story will take before the two characters become a couple. I can’t tell someone a story that I haven’t even made up yet.

:sigh:
