She is a caring and delightful lady who lives not far from New Orleans and survived Katrina only to have flood and wind damage that drove her family to flee their home. They’re now staying with relatives in Arkansas but don’t have access to their bank accounts due to power outages in Louisiana. They fear looting will cause more damage to their home and have no idea what they will return to when power is restored.
